What about mass fumigation?

Remember the mosquito trucks growing up? Instead of trying to find a vaccine or a cure how about some chemical that kills the vaccine on contact that is safe for humans to breath?
Then an agency with employees that look like the Ghostbusters crew would be dispatched to all public places to fumigate EVERYWHERE!

There is a thing going around facebook claiming the military is going to fumigate cities at night.
I have not seen a single person call this out as fake, Karen and Joe have been arguing about how safe it is for sentient beings that are outside at night ie homeless, animals, etc.

Let’s stop actively trying to find a vaccine or a cure then fumigate everyone with a chemical that kills the vaccine we don’t have.
Of course the chemical is safe for humans to breathe in, but our fumigation crew will wear hazmat suits just for the lolz

Generally, people that proffer “why can’t we do x” with little to no real comprehension of even the intermediate, (or basic sometimes) levels of intellect it would take to even approach such a task are more dangerous because they don’t realize how ignorant they are.
