Been seriously considering growing some weed. I can get a grow tent, ventilation, grow lights, and seeds for about $1k. Gorilla Glue #4 yields about 18oz per 3x3 area....go with a 4x9 grow tent that's roughly 52oz of primo marijuana. Not that I would EVER consider selling to friends or family, but that's $13k street value. All the better if the gubmint in paying the start up costs.

What could possibly go wrong?

Give my 10 favorite service industry contacts (waiters/waitresses, bartenders) $100 each to help them through this catastrophic economic disaster that is not their fault.

Could be so simple to just send literally every 18+ citizen 1000 bucks a month but no... Big guv gonna big gov and means test it and kluge it all up so it takes 1.5 months to get the money out while families are destroyed
