1. The foreskin contains many nerve endings, and removing the foreskin reduces sexual pleasure by eliminating them
2. The foreskin protects the glans and keeps it moist and sensitive. Without the foreskin the glans dries up and sensations are reduced, reducing sexual pleasure
3. The glans is meant to slide in and out of the foreskin during natural sex, but this doesn't happen during sex with a circumcised penis. This results in an increase of potential pain and decrease in sexual pleasure
if you have a little bit of foreskin left you can do stretching with it to restore #2 and #3 but you can never fix #1.

I do have a friend who was circumcised as an adult against his will by doctors performing surgery in a third world country, he says the difference in sex is night and day.

If the glans of your penis was removed you'd be missing the head of your penis. HUGE difference! I won't even compare the rest. To ugly to even think about.

You can not compare removal of a male foreskin loss of sexual pleasure to removal of the clitoral hood and clitoral glans.
The male equivalent is cutting off the end 1/4 of your penis. The male procedure would be to hold the foreskin and cut the penis off where the foreskin begins. Tell me how much fun sex would be then! As an added bonus, both the penile corpus would be mutilated thus you couldn't get an erection.

It also includes removal of just the clitoral hood (FGM type 1a classification by the WHO).
Which is illegal in the United States.
But directly analogous to male circumcision, which is still very commonly done in the U.S.

Can you not read? I very clearly said TYPE 1A. Type 1A is strictly the prepuce.
