A comment in the walmart thread made me think about this, but I remember someone telling me that at some point the government would tattoo barcodes on everyone.
I rarely used to believe shite people told me, but for some reason I believed that.

I believed the internal combustion engine would’ve been phased out by now.

I remember people were worried the closer it got to midnight. I was in college.. At a party with a bunch of people, some were really nervous and I just remember making a smart arse comment to some girl about whether or not it will only impact people who are on central standard time and she didn't get it and people started laughing at her and since then she has never liked me.
