Were “ancient nanostructures” found in the Ural Mountains in 1991?

I'm going to need some cliffs notes before I dive into a subject like "ancient nanostructures".

This made me laugh out loud because I spent part of this evening watching the Stooges and reading up on Curly.

In 1991, the appearance of extremely tiny, coil-shaped artifacts found near the banks of Russia’s Kozhim, Narada, and Balbanyu rivers brought about a debate that has continued to this day. These mysterious and minuscule structures suggest that there may have been a culture capable of developing nanotechnology 300,000 years ago. These manufactured coils were initially discovered during geological research associated with the extraction of gold in the Ural mountains. These pieces include coils, spirals, shafts, and other unidentified components.

Or, when you get down that small, natural formations seem to be something manmade, like this but on a molecular level

This is bismuth and naturally creates these formations when heated and then cooled at a certain temp

Couldn't that just exist in nature though? There's nothing useful about it, so it would be odd for a civilization that advanced to only leave behind ambiguous technology and not computer chips and stuff like that which would be required in order to make it themselves.

That coil structure wrapped around a pin appears manufactured. Need more info.

1991 was a very stable year in that part of the world.

I would suspect zero frickery to have been attempted there and then.

Ancient people fired their clay pots at high temp and nano coatings were formed. They had no idea why their process made a durable coating . They just knew it worked. They probably rubbed the pot down with some kind of plant sap or something that allowed these structures to form at high heat.
