The same people advocating an end to AB shouldn’t be fooled by coors:

Frick them both.

Hired an ad agency that ran a series of "Drink Schlitz, or I/we will kill you" ads.

They thought it would be lighthearted, fun and comical.

Found this YouTube. A young Teri Garr. There are a few things from this commercial that wouldn't fly today, most notably the beer baw pulling her into his lap

Might as well drink Bud Light if you’re gonna watch the WokeFL draft
I mean the Bud Light signs on stage couldn’t have been any bigger. Then trying to redeem themselves with the let’s listen to country music and drink some bud light in the mud commercials

Somebody that works at AB said it’s not that bad because a lot of people are buying some of their other brands instead and some of those are actually more profitable.

Y’all actually get excited about some dude getting picked for a team ?

Y’all gotta find something to do.

People actually getting excited about this shite makes me wonder.

I am a football fan. I enjoy the game at each level. Each year I enjoy following the draft. Do I watch the whole thing? Not even close. I like to watch the first few picks then I leave it on and listen.

I wouldn't say I get excited. I do like to see when Mel Kiper Jr gets his first pick on his mock draft wrong. I like to see if certain players get over or under valued, etc.

There are people who really into it especially when it comes to who their team drafts, etc. Just watch the draft and see how many of those people they are. I think they are a little corny, but that's what they enjoy. Who gives a frick?

I also like place a few bets on the draft. Not much money at all. I bet $5 on each draft related pick I made. This time of year I just make small bets to try to build up my bankroll for football season.

What are some things you enjoy so I can judge you?

Chicken, the update didn’t work. We can still see OweO posts.

This is about what I expect from someone like you. You are the type of person who claims to hate cancel culture until someone says some shite you don't like then you want to get rid of them.

i’ll take that as a yes, considering there hasn’t been a cultural line in the sand you weren’t willing to cross.

Noticed the same at Kroger earlier.

Usually these things blow over by now, but not yet.

Noticed the local Kroger ordered 10× the usual amount of Flight. Had it on the floor lining the cooler area.

I told you guys it's going to be a long time before this blows over. If it does.

It will be a tranny beer and tranny brand for a long long time, esp with guys making fun of each other for drinking it.

I’m not boycotting Bud Light for one reason alone,,namely that I didn’t drink it to begin with.

Schlitz came out with a series of ads showing a guy putting a Schlitz can on his shoulder saying “I dare you to knock it off”. America was coming out of the Vietnam war and that kind of ad didn’t play well at that time.
Remember, back then Budweiser and Schlitz were the two top national beer brands along with Miller. This spurred Coors to accelerate their expansion plans.
Craft breweries were not a thing then.
