I'm so old, I remember when Wendy's had employees bus your table. It was so important there were few garbage cans except for the one in the closet where the employee would dump your tray for you.

The quality just isn't there anymore. I use to love Wendy's if I was getting a fast food burger. It was definitely solid. Quality has just fallen off a cliff though. Absolutely no consistency anymore.

I will say, looking through some of the tweets/replies, she does a really good job responding to people that tweet pictures of their food with it being wrong or just plain bad. Don't know how the follow up goes, but even acknowledging it is pretty solid in this day and age.
