If they put as much effort into the quality of their store management and product quality as they do their twitter, they'd be dynamite.
When you get a good one, their burger and fries is fantastic. Their quality has gone so far downhill though. I can't remember the last time I've been where my meal didn't have either a stale bun, cold/really old fries, or something wrong with the burger.

So the one person, or the one office at corportate responsible for social media should quit and go work in ONE store, and that will make the entire company "better" by "making good food..."
