Weird stories from your childhood with ouija boards, etc

Watching Mr. Baller episode on this and my son ask if I have ever owed one.
First of all do no ever frick with ouija boards ever, probably nothing will happen but occasionally some really bad shite does. Agree with Catholic Church on this one.
I remember having one as it seemed like everyone did in 70s and you get them from TG&Y, KMart etc. I don’t remember anything bizarre with it but rarely ever played with it and my sister lost the little metal pieces.
That said we did play “light as a feather, stiff as a board” once and lift a damn heavy coffee table 2-3 feet off the ground. The mind is a power tool.
Anyone else have Blood Mary or story’s like that where maybe your mind created something bizarre.

I moved the planchette. Swore I didn't up and down. Friends believed it moved on its own. Someone at the table always moves it if it moves.

Been listening to podcast called “The Exorcist Files” (highly recommend fyi) and Ouija boards / Tarot cards / Psychic readings/ occult type activity is the #1 doorway that opens you up to the demonic activity.
Stay far away from that stuff.

If good spirits exist, so do evil ones. Any invitation of evil spirits into your existence is asking for trouble.

I used to move it because I was scared it would move on it own and I would always spell out answers that wasn't as obvious. Like if someone asked "who am I going to marry?" I didn't spell out the hottest girls at school, I would guide it to spell out the quiet kind of cute girl that people always forgot about.
Or spell out something random that I hoped someone would make a connection to and hope it was something funny.

We were playing with the Ouija when I was 12 or so... It was doing all the Ouija board stuff- moving to yes/no answers for the questions that we asked. While I'm eyeing my cousins, trying to find the proof of them being the ones moving the piece- the stereo kicked on at a ridiculously loud volume.
It freaked us the fvck out. We were all blaming each other. I don't know what really happened. My cousin had one of those electric plasma balls across the room. I don't know if it interfered with the IR receiver on the stereo or what.
That was like 30+ years ago, and it was the last time I messed with a Ouija board.

I lost my virginity over a game of Ouiji. The board practically made the moves for me with flirty words.

The only time I actually had a weird experience with one was when I was staying at a buddy’s house. We were both around 12, and were the only ones in the house. Some “spirit” makes contact with us and we’re laughing and asking it questions. Finally, he asks it “where are you?” The response comes back, “behind you.” I wasn’t pushing. He likely was, but if so, should’ve won a damn academy award, because he sure did seem scared shitless.
The freakiest thing was, a few minutes later, his cat jumped on the table and stared at the wall behind where he was sitting for like 25 minutes. We ended up walking to our other friend’s down the street…

If they actually work, the planchette should move without any of the people touching it.
A board mass produced by Parker Brothers isn’t summoning demons. If you want to delve into that stuff, you need to start with the lesser key of Solomon.
