In the Tulsa area, all the local stations also have their own apps and live stream through those as well. I am not sure what stations RTRavens put in OP, but you can probably find one to download and watch there. I would advise this, especially with the risk of losing electricity in storms. As long as your phone is charged and you have signal, you will always be able to see what is going on.
I prefer News on 6 out of Tulsa and it's sister station is Channel 9 out of OKC.
