Democrats are the worst humans alive. They NEVER quit and are never satisfied.

If LSU caves to BLM, which as of now LSU is all in for them, this would just be the beginning. They will work to erase the schools entire history.

I have this identical painting hanging in my hallway. It depicts the Fighting Tigers of the Confederacy and what they looked and dressed like. They were the badasses and could probably be likened to the modern day Navy SEALS. This painting will NEVER come down and Ballard and BLM can kiss my white arse.

How do you figure Louisiana is a red state? Just because it's in the south doesn't mean it's a red state. Y'all may have went red for Trump, but isn't JBE in his second term? NOLA is one of the bluest cities in the country as well.

A small part of their revenue comes from government.

Who else is going to publish state law mandated public notices and minutes for the state and local government and meet the law requirements?

Truth. Even if Trump wins another 4 years it’s only prolonging the inevitable. The Dems already control the university’s, media, and big tech.

I wonder if the Advocate is completely devoid of anything that could be construed as racist since it’s founding in 1842? I’m sure there is some cancel worthy content over the last 178 years.

The Advocate used to be a bastion of journalism, writing articles that were newsworthy and informing people of current events, locally, nationally, and around the world. They put out a good product at a fair price, and became wealthy. In comes new owners.

Now they beg for money like a Siegen lane homeless sloth. They push a liberal agenda and slant any scrap of information they decide to release. The birth of the internet saw a decreasing need for newspapers. The lack of journalistic integrity is doing the rest.

Common hobos, asking for a handout. They will have no rest until they drag LSU down with them.

Just because they are coming off an NC doesn’t mean I won’t write their asses off too. If I have to send my kids and write checks to a Marxist institution, I will do it to one with better academic stature.

In Louisiana, the Tigers are far more famous for being LSU’s mascot than anything else.

The Advocate can go frick themselves. They’ve been a joke for at least 10 years now.

I almost hate to admit it but I’ve had a sub for a while just for local news tidbits, obits, etc. It’s very difficult to sift through the liberal activist bullshite. Even the AP stuff is so heavily slanted to the left that it reads like an editorial. It takes me about 5-10 minutes to skim through it each morning. Getting hard to justify.

Very few people knew why LSU is called the fighting Tigers. The Advocate article just enlightened them. The Advocate is the race baiting problem.

Alienating the bulk of their readers isn’t helping their chances of survival.

Why do American media outlets intentionally build themselves into a bubble like this?

The New York Times, CNN, and WaPo were so isolated from middle America that they couldn’t even fathom the 2016 election resulting in anything but a Clinton win.

The Advocate is based in middle America. Their readership is southern white people who are die hard fans of LSU - they would be wise to have someone on the staff that understood those people.

Time to use these progs tactics against them. If they can “punch a nazi” (meaning anyone who slightly disagrees with them) then maybe it’s time decent folks start fighting back
