Millennials should be renamed to "The Next Greatest Generation" because we have had to put up with the boomers selfish decisions our whole life.

Generations are a bullshite construct put forth by the pseudoscience field of sociology.

It’s always the previous generations fault, but lets face it… previous generation allowed me to get Sanduskied by the economy and political beliefs.

I hate to be that guy but Millennials get a bad rap. At least the older ones do.

The social media half are useless ingrates but there is a strong contingent that is responsible and have been dealt a really difficult hand.

My high school through post college years was nothing but war and economic crisis. We start getting stability during Trump years and then more economic turmoil.

God bless the Greatest Generation and all their sacrifices, but man....this mess has been some %**# to deal with.

As a member of Gen-X, I always have to laugh at the whole Millennial verses Boomer rivalry. Both sides loathe each other and think the other side is literally the worst generation ever. Meanwhile, everyone else looks at both Millennials and Boomers and see they’re like identical twins. There isn’t a dime’s worth of difference between the two.

Perhaps you all could try acting like adults...

On second thought, yeah frick that... all you millennials and zoomers, and groomers are softer than wet toilet paper.

I'm 40. And considered part of that gen

I wonder if people that post in this thread about us being kids are visualizing a 40year old with a fam and kids. Idk.

Lost my spot on my first apartment bc of Katrina, lost my job in 08 bc I was lowest on the totem pole. House flooded in 16.

So thankful that I got a break and got a job with better security and some seniority before covid hit and the obvious ensuing recession.

I don't get into the generations battles because they fail to account for individualism. You can find good, bad and plenty in-between in all generations

I'm 37. Married with 2 kids.

I think for the responsible half the crises we went through made us more responsible and propelled us in whatever career we chose. There was no waiting around to be handed something- at least not amongst my experience and friends.

I like to think of today's generation as the entrepreneurs. They seemingly have lower barrier to entries, more options and not as much pressure to succeed/make a living immediately.
