I used to tip in cash because I liked cash when I was serving back in the day. No more. Who wants their good name plastered on a receipt that doesn't show a tip, now? Not me. Social media is all cray cray.

The COO still looks stupid because he publically banned that customer, and basically called him a racist on social media.
"Oh, I'm sorry, come in for a free steak" ain't gonna cut it. That customer might just lawyer up on this one.

but it's only a great comment if they act on it the same way they were quick to falsely condemn the innocent customer.
nothing in that article or statement from Saltgrass says they fired the waiter over it. if they truly believe what they said in their statement that "Racism of any form is intolerable" then why haven't they fired this hateful bigot?
