As much as 15 inches of rain forecast for tomorrow.

That's a seven day forecast. Most of that will fall between tomorrow and Sunday, though.

It is still a significant flooding risk. You all have four consecutive days of at least a Moderate risk of excessive rainfall, with a High risk on Day 3 (Thursday). It will be flash flooding and aerial flooding as this front stalls and storms and showers just train over the same areas. Add in a Moderate (Level 4 out of 5) severe risk tomorrow to kick off that stretch and it could be a heck of a week.

Hopefully, tomorrow's severe threat doesn't cause any damage because any clean up/recovery would be hampered by all the continued rain.
