Didn't he continually move in with his floodlights while LE kept asking him not to? Didn't they repeatedly ask him to back up and turn his lights off until they had established that a perp was no longer inside the house?

I may remember it wrong but isn't that what happened?

ETA- I went back and read again. He threatened the officer's job for not allowing him to disrupt the crime scene. While a dickhead move, I did not know it was against the law.

Could be construed as public intimidation. Which is against the law.

FWIW, they make everyone watch that video who enters the parish. They tell you don't pick up the Snickers bar that someone left on your bed or you'll be their bitch.
