ETA- I went back and read again. He threatened the officer's job for not allowing him to disrupt the crime scene. While a dickhead move, I did not know it was against the law.

FWIW, they make everyone watch that video who enters the parish. They tell you don't pick up the Snickers bar that someone left on your bed or you'll be their bitch.
