I walk 30-35-40 miles a week. Usually with my dog. Keeps the stress away. When I was younger it was cycling, trail running, hiking.

I'm in your department with the work related stress. Aside from therapy/prescription drugs, from what I have researched:
-Exercise
-Eat well
-Limit caffeine and alcohol consumption
-Get 8 hours of sleep
-Meditate
-St. John's wort
-CBD Oil
-Exercise
