From what I've been able to see in the last 90 minutes or so she has done really well today. He also doesn't understand how charges in different jurisdictions isn't double jeopardy. Idiot.

If he were somewhat smart and really wanted to extend this thing out, he would legit ask the judge to read each instruction how she intends to read it to the jurors, one at at time. Then, throw out requests for everything on the 107 pages

The bail jumping penalty is a maximum of 6 years in state prison and/or a maximum fine $10,000. It is meaningless for his sentencing. He get so fixated on the meaningless charges, like his battery against his girlfriend and this bail jumping. If anything, his arguments against that prove he was competent enough to represent himself and hurt any appeal on that ground.
