No. He's had witnesses whose statements at the time may help him prove reasonable doubt that he was driving. They won't help but he's had some testimony in his favor.

When he asked to have her added to his witness list he said it was because he had a phone call with her and she said that a cop had never talked to her or been to their home.
I haven't seen her interviews but from what I've read she has had a couple of interviews about him and basically said he has mental issues and she is sorry for what she did. That, and if he chooses to testify, will be interesting.

In other trials it has always bothered me that witnesses don't say "ma'am" or "sir." The fact that she just said "sir" to this monster makes me very angry. He's forfeited the right to be called "sir."

Oh, sorry. I believe she said that he avoided a group of children initially. He was using her to try and prove it wasn't intentional.

I really feel his personality is that he is used to getting his way through wearing down people with his aggression, thus he truly believes he can wear down the judge and prosecution into just giving up the case.

I'm pretty sure it was at 60 something thousand when he first showed it. Did they juice it up $20,000 since then?
