His response to being asked why he didn't enter communication into evidence was "Come on, man" 
And now he's trying to tell the judge how she should be doing her job.
As one of the lawyers said, watching Brooks and the judge going back and forth is like watching an abusive relationship.

He's trying to argue that since they state chose to drop a charge that means the incident didn't happen.

Prosecutor nailed him with with the statutory rape! Whether she claimed to be 18 or not doesn't make it legal.
