I missed the first days of the trial. Was she called by the state and, if so, what was her testimony?

IIRC she was the 1st witness the State called... basically set up that there was an altercation at the park which started everything

I really hope he testifies. I know it will delay his sentencing but that would probably be entertaining, especially the cross.

One of the lawtubers on Rekieta's feed said that if he takes the stand, it opens up the possibility of the State asking him if he is the same Darrell Brooks that is a sex offender.
Not sure how that gets around the Judge's ruling...but that's what they said.

He just asked the witness if she realized there wasn't really an incident on November 21, 2021. He just tried to use the fricking Jedi Mind Trick on her in court!
