I didn't even know he had a shocker attached to him until he said it

He's filibustering better than Strom Thurmond back during the Civil Rights Act debate

I think he’s proven that there’s a scenario where no one can control the court. They are just going to have to shut this down, and he’ll probably be able to appeal, and the cycle will continue until everyone agrees to just ignore him and keep him locked up forever.

He has no room for appeal... court has been BEYOND accommodating to him

Rekieta's stream talking about how the judge may actually not be doing enough and that on appeal, the appellate court may put in writing that a judge is compelled to remove someone like Brooks from the courtroom to uphold the integrity of pro se defendants in the future. It's counterintuitive because it gives more power to the state to prevent citizens from losing credibility in representing themselves.

He will be able to appear whatever he wants. The outcome is another story.

Question for anyone that knows - what happens if he freaks out and they just can’t continue the trial? Can the judge declare the defense rested?

She would likely call a long recess and maybe even until Monday.

It was supposed to be a 5 minute break, but I bet they are just waiting until 10:30 for his next “witness” to show up. So he wins again.

You can't cause your own mistrial so she would probably recess and wait it out. She is going crush him at sentencing with what will be a very detailed reasoning.

If we don't get a live stream of him freaking out when the decision is read, I'm going to be upset

I wonder what's going through his mind right now. He is aimlessly flipping through his papers, not reading anything.

I'm glad he wasn't able to filibuster and get to his next witness.
