Yeah nothing to cross there, that was utterly pointless other than to I guess cast doubt on Patterson, but he isn’t being tried for beating her up

I'm pretty sure one of his 76 charges is related to that. Why he's spending so much time on it, other than him wanting to relive it, I don't know though. It's easily the least serious charge.

I called this yesterday that he was going to try to call his witnesses out of the morning/afternoon order that was decided on yesterday solely to delay.

Oh it is, didn’t know that, but agreed.

I thought that Erica was in one of the afternoon blocks though since he said she was going to be longer than 35 minutes.

He has two related to violating terms of a bond, but I'm not sure if his interaction with her prior to the parade is one of the 76 or 77 charges.

The bailiff has more self control than I do because Brooks would be zapped if it were me.

This guy has proven that if you are facing a life sentence and are representing yourself, you can do whatever the frick you want to do in the courtroom. He could call the judge a skank bitch and take a shite on the desk and she has to let him do it so there won’t be a mistrial.

He said she wasn't the one that was going to take a long time. The DA and judge assumed.

Part of violating his bond was committing felonious assault on Erika Patterson

He still has one count of battery (domestic abuse) against him. He had a second related to misdemeanor battery but that one was dismissed. LINK

Tell him they have to move on because the next batch of witnesses won't be there for 45 minutes. He says watch me stall.

"It's helping the State." Yea, the State doesn't need any help with you being convicted on every count, except maybe the battery against Patterson.

She needs to tell him either to call the witness or forfeit this witness and if he doesn't be quiet, he will go to the other room.

She doesn't need to even address the rush to judgment crap.

They aren’t going to be able to finish this without dragging him out. In that sense he is winning.
