If it wasn't televised this trial would be over.

Not at all. He would delay like this either way. He knows he is fricked so he is trying to milk this for as long as he can.

Now reading more comments in here for updates (not watching the trial) I see it’s just more of the same.

She has to keep a tough balance to keep control and giving him the most fair trial she can since he isn't represented.I think she has gone overboard in affording him leeway.

Was he reading his bible while she was talking before this questioning of him regarding his decision whether to testify?

He will not give up on subject matter jurisdiction and he tells her it must be done.

I can't wait for the jury decision. No telling what he will do.

"I'm not going to give you legal advice, i am only asking you the question"

Yes that's the point Darrell, hire a lawyer.

I hate that Rekieta won't be here for it. I may wait and watch his late night show tomorrow morning since I'm sure he'll cover it tonight.

He has no idea when he can or can't offer exhibits? The culture that created him is such a stain on the country.

This is actually when it's going to get interesting, I think. I can't wait to see who he calls as his witnesses. I hope it's his boys or something because no one at that parade is going to be on his side.

I don't know. He gets very excited if someone at the parade says they could not see the driver of the vehicle. I don't know if he knows who any other people are who would say that who have not already testified.

He may but he should have them listed on his witness list which was supposed to be previously provided.

I can't decide if I want him to decide to testify. It would be interesting in some ways, but I might not be able to handle it.
