i'm aware, and i think that history should be taken into affect, but i guess our great defense attorney's in this country disagree b/c they want to win their case, despite that fact that they are representing a piece of shite that deserves to go to jail.

Just because someone committed a crime in the past doesn't change the idea that they are innocent until proven guilty on any current charges.

I don't think the next judge would allow it. He has shown himself to be competent but he refuses to follow the rules of the court.
