Unless you have access to a spring or a hand operated pump/well you are going to be paying for it one way or another.
You either pay for a municipal water supply to your house; pay for the electricity to run a well/pump system to supply water to your house; get water from a river or stream and pay for the tablets or electricity/gas to boil it all to get rid of any contaminants; or you buy it in bottles/jugs.

Fiji water is considered completely different from other bottled waters due to its source which is the protected artesian aquifer on the isolated Fiji islands. It also has a unique mineral profile, which gives the water a smooth, soft taste. It is considered to be the world’s purest and clean drinking water.
Avian is similar in that it's from the Alps, but I do not like the taste of it.
Most all other bottled water is just cleaned up potable water.
I like Smart Water and Aquafina better than Dasani, but I don't dislike Dasani.
Fiji and Avain are actually good for you to drink, of the others, SmartWater is likely the best for you.

I hate all cheap water bottles. A few years ago they were decent bottles but now most have switched to basically a plastic bag with a top. When I unscrew the top the bottle collapses and spills water everywhere.
Dasani and Aquafina are the worst.
I picked up some Calloway water and it was in a bottle like a soda comes in. -much prefer.

I had no idea that people didn't like Dasani. It tastes like any other bottle of water to me. But a week or so ago I got roasted by my teenage daughter for drinking it. Not only is it supposed to be nasty, but it is also uncool. Whatever, I'll still drink it.
