Should the kid run his mouth like that, no. Should the cop have kneed him, no. while i could not see the spit, if he did do that, absolutely that kid should be kneed.
For those of you that think disease cannot be spread by blood, you are just wrong. This is where the line is for me.
For the people that make claims about if it were your kid....i normally side with cops. But i would be asking a lot people a lot of questions if that were my kid. Until I saw the video. My old man taught me a long time ago, you run your mouth, sometimes you bite off more than you can chew. Never had this happen to me with cops, but has happened with individuals. Win some, you lose some. But normally, you can control the situation with your actions (or inaction).

frick all that. He absolutely spit on the cop (he admits to it in the video) and his clear intention was to provoke a response. Well he got a response. No charges should be filed.

There no defense for that. frick that guy getting arrested, but the cop could have seriously hurt or killed that guy with that move. You can’t condone that simply because the guy getting arrested was a shite ball. You just can’t give officers a free pass to tee off or slam someone’s head into the concrete because he’s dealing with a POS because that’s always going to the excuse going forward when they want to and do tee off on someone.
