The funny part about that is that Chevy is moving to aluminum next year.

No modifications. Only a tune.

Mine has a killer 93 performance tune along with exhaust, downpipes, airfilters/CAI, throttle bodies, inter cooler, etc... basically everything bolt on except new turbos. I dont believe he had just as tune, more than likely had some bolt on options

Any engine will hold up well under high mileage conditions if you maintain it. The problem with the crowd talking about how shitty the EcoBoost engines are is that they're the fricking idiots who decide to go 20,000 miles between oil changes and generally dogging the living shite out of their truck. In other words, maintaining it like a woman would maintain her car. Then they turn around and say Fords are shitty. No, you're a fricking retard when when it comes to maintaining your vehicle.

Tell your boyfriend to let you drive his truck then. Maybe you'll see the light, Nancy.

That's awesome. I guess the aluminum body will help get those times down. Can you even get a single cab eco 3.5?

I wish these manufacturers would just grow some nuts and make a small TT V8 with these trucks.

A TT coyote 5.0 would be so practical (tuned for low end stuff) with so much potential for aftermarket (especially with the coyote, which love boost).

I guess it would cut too much into the sales of the power strokes.

I had a 2014 that was still purring like a kitten when I traded it in with 125k miles

A good friend of mine has put 200k on two so far and has 75k on his current model. All have had tunes and such since the beginning

AWD launch?

Ah, I see now.

Would love to see the 2.7 in a mustang type body. Basically make it as light as possible

and you'd be wrong. There are many tune only SSI eco's running the streets running mid 12's in the 1/4. Google it.

Anyway, what year is yours?
