Shocked that there wasn't a set of truck nuts and at least one yeti or salt life sticker.

Looks like he started too soon

V6's are stepping up their game but being fuel efficient is so not OT baller

Yeah that speed is essential in getting you baws to and from work I guess

Wut?
Still impressive though dropping two full seconds with just a tune.

"Just" a tune is a whole different animal on these factory twin turbo vehicles. Recipe for a fast EB F150 = increase air flow, up the boost, tweak the fuel maps/tune, and get a good launch. Takes about $3000, maybe more, in parts to get equal times out of an NA truck, unfortunately.

A tune is the most effective mod you can make on those trucks

those trucks are great. engine seems legit. Only issue i've heard of is carbon buildup that can burn off and ruin the turbos. That's been my only hesitation in going with one. I have an 06 lariat with the 5.4 and i'm getting 11.2 mpg. I know that ecoboost is capable of 19+. So that's what has me interested in it.

Yup. Good thing I don't care about having a fast street truck anymore. Otherwise I'd be in denial about EB trucks and trying to claim superiority of a V8
My buddy's Ram R/T is running mid 13s with only a couple of things done to it (no tune bc Chrysler encrypts PCM's so bad)...so it's relatively quick, but nothing on these Fords.
