These were my favorite - finally threw them away after Hurricane Katrina when they sat in water for 2 months

Are those Little People? Those were cool.

I can't believe these haven't appeared yet:

We need a Lego board. I had (have!) both big castles. The black one and the gray one. I never got the pirate ship but I wanted it! I was all about the castle sets though. When I had a choice at the store the castle or space always won out over the others.

This one got lots of play:

Is that some sort of a flashlight? Doesn’t seem like a toy for kids.

Realizing how spoiled/lucky I was as a child.

My parents did not make a ton of money yet I had almost everything in this thread except for maybe 1 or 2 items

In my day, it was Voltron, Transformers, go-bots, GI Joe, and Star Wars.

Duke, Voltron and the Millennium Falcon had some epic wars against Cobra Commander and Magatron!!!

...then the Nintendo came out when I was 13 or so.

Castle Grayskull was pretty legit, bang for your buck wise.

Whoa, whoa, whoa. This was actually real?

I thought Sinbad was just ad-libbing a fictional toy.

I had one of these. I have a feeling the idea for Carvana came from this.
