Take that medieval and BLM shite somewhere else. This was a 100 lb drunk female that posed no physical harm to this grown arse sober cop. He could have easily spun her around and threw handcuffs on her then put her in a cop car. Now this woman probably suffered severe injuries that could have been avoided.

Nothing close to what I witnessed on Bourbon Street when you pussies lost. College blond chick, probably not even 20, knocked to the ground and circled by three mounties for touching the horse. Well done NOPD, there's a reason that you are biggest lawless enforcement agency anywhere.

In other news, don't teabag a passed out LSU fool.

At the very least she was resisting arrest. That's the only thing the video clearly shows.

Are there times when police are excessive? Absolutely.

Is every cop perfect? Not at all.

But my general view is.. If you don't engage in anything that eventually requires the involvement of police then you don't have to worry about police being excessive.

There are exceptions, but that's what anything.

With that said, my answer is... No.

What if those are car keys he's trying to wrestle from her hand?

Wonder how many responses would be different if that had been a male offender?

So slamming her face first to the ground to get those keys was the only way to handle that?

I think most would be. People just see a blonde girl and their emotions take over.

No. I'm just not looking at it from her "appearance".

She keeps trying to wiggle free from his grasp. She is the one escalating the situation. Or so it seems to me.

Referring to what I said, it might have not been the only way to handle it, but don't put yourself at risk for shite like that to happen.

She wasn't really thrown down that hard. Her legs whipped over and the hooker shoes made the cracking sound.

So as I mentioned earlier spin her arse around and slap cuffs on her. What does slamming her down accomplish other than knocking her unconscious. I just don't see the endangerment for the cop here to use excessive force. Maybe I am in the wrong here but I don't get what he did.

Eta: does look like like the cop was trying to rip the keys out of her hands but accidentally flipped her little as over with them. The shoes didn't help either.
