Eric bischoff has a new podcast called 83 weeks with Eric Bischoff. They are only 3 episodes in, but the latest is solely about Brett Hart coming to WCW. The podcast are long at over 2hrs each but it is am interesting interview with Eric.

Chris Jericho had an episode on his podcast about it too and was very detailed with all the happenings going on at the time. Pretty interesting stuff.

As a self-professed wrestling historian who worked on the Yohe project, and who has reported and moderated for numerous pro wrestling - affiliated websites, as well as workedbehind the scenes in this business, I believe 100% it was a shoot.

I think it was a shoot but I was always surprised Owen Hart stayed with the company after it.

I believe it was a shoot although we will never get the true answer to it. I'll say this whatever it was it worked we are still talking about it 20+ years later.
