seems the person filming a nuke exposion on their phone a few hundred yards away would probably be dead

Just edumacate the OP, the original Hiroshima bomb was just under 1000x more powerful than this.
yes we are mostly pretty much aware the "standard" nuke is measured in kilotons(representing tnt explosive equivalent) that doesn't mean a tactical nuke w/ a much smaller yield isn't a real possibility, those bombs were created to achieve a near "maximum viable yield" in a transportable solution, that was the goal, that doesn't make all bombs created w/ the equivalent goal.
Ever think you might want to create a bomb that would do massive devastation within an approx 10 mile radius but still not harm your army a few dozen miles away?
I hope that helped w/ your education on tactics of explosives somewhat.

Can't trust children mixing chemicals in those toy factories

yea it's still an unusual event
Petrochem Explosion in Shandong
Chemical Plant Explosion- Fujian
Last year in Jiangsu they had a plant explosion with 65 deaths.
They have pretty large plant explosions on the reg. The unusual part is to have several good videos of the actual explosion as opposed to the aftermath.

I am much humored by the OP and his attempt to back peddle when people pointed out his mistakes.
Love these Missouri posters.

Dude, you don't know anything about tactical nukes.
They sometimes start fires near the area so that people don't think it's a nuke.
Sometimes if you have an army within 10 miles, you don't want your enemy thinking you just tactical nuked them.
I hope I was able to educate you on tactical nuke usage.

it's like they all actively desire for the end times so they can head to the bunkers with their hoarded up ar-15's and spam

I'm so glad we added Missouri. The dumb posters are so much easier to spot with logos next to their names.

The fertilizer plant in West, Texas a couple of years ago measured as a 2.1 magnitude earthquake. Felt 140 miles away.
It is not hard to create an explosion that large if safety mechanisms fail at a rapid rate. Preventable shite happens sometimes.
The video description states that it was a chemical explosion.

nukes begin with the charge that begins the initial chain reaction, in a "accident" situation, that could happen a number of ways, one thing I'm sure of it that I know more about it than you do.

Holy. frick.
Never go full retard.
You're the one claiming this s 100% a nuke because there is a mushroom cloud and OMFG WOW!#&!& look how big IT is!

another case of bad management, the deaths in that explosion should have been prevented. If a truckload of fertilizer can take out a city block, then you would expect a plant to be a bit more severe.
