Walmart Shoppers Catch Man Who Snatched Elderly Woman's Purse in Waco

Two people should be going to jail over this incident. Don't pull a gun unless your intent is to use it and use it to kill, it's not for threatening someone, and if she shot him she would get charged, sounds like there was no threat to life. In OK you cannot use deadly force to protect some random stranger on the street.

That's why you have to go to a class before you get your concealed permit....so you don't fire shots in the air in the middle of a city. If you can't see the danger in that, then I can't help you.

In the beginning she is holding a gun pointed towards him. I see videos from time to time like this. So if the guy sits there still and then decides to get up, does she think she has the right to shoot him?

Obviously she thinks she can at least send a bullet over his head. A bullet that probably wont stop until it hits something it was not intended to hit
