I pretty much agree with it.
To further explain, I think it's a cop's goddamn job to fully explain why he's about to whoop my arse in a calm situation like this. A good cop would have done just that.
A law abiding citizen should have the right to keep walking more than a cop should have the right to beat their arse without knowing a thing about the situation.

tomato, and hand carries the tomato instead of bagging it
Is there a reason to create additional waste for one tomato?
Not to mention that every Walmart throws away tons of produce every day. It really is a shame.
One day I was at a neighborhood market and noticed some greens went out of date the day before.
It was fine, no spots on them, so I offered the manager half price and I'd buy all the bags. He refused. Wouldn't give any discount at all and said he was going to just throw them away.
It's really awful how much food we waste in this country.

Right. Because if people want to steal and then refuse to be arrested, just let them.

Right? We do the same with dog food. It's a damn shame.
Was in line to get food the other day and the people in front of me got handed the wrong order. I asked management if I could have it and they said nope, they have to throw it away. frick Taco Bell.

Ol' Jimmy grew up to become a cop, vowing to never let "the incident" happen again.

Yup. I was at Dairy Queen on one of the rare occasions I grab fast food and they got the order for my kids wrong. So I pull back around and let them know, they hand me the right order and then ask for the old one back.
I said "what are you gonna do with it"
They said "throw it away"
I told them I could throw it away just fine and drove off

No, but once the beat is on, why doesn't he get down?
Why didn't he run? He is clearly dealing with an angry lunatic. Is he supposed to just stand there and accept the roid rage that is occurring?
Those who think he should have laid down like a whipped puppy when a cray with a bat is wailing on him are insane.
It is odd that either fight, nor flight ever kicked in. Maybe he was stunned with disbelief. How long does it take to watch the video (Investigate) and arrest this roid-crazed danger to the public?
