BR is bigger than Rochester, NY, and as big as Buffalo, NY. Still a shithole but a big shithole nonetheless.

I thought Pittsburgh was going through a resurgence? Either way, top cities are no surprise as they're in business-friendly states (except San Jose but that's the heart of Silicon Valley).
