What moral or ethical conflict is involved with this? People need to learn to mind their own fricking business.

Should’ve put her in a cage with a thermal blanket after denying her.

What ethical beliefs would force a woman to carry a dead fetus to term?

Sick frick.

Talk about the pot calling the kettle black. You celebrate abortions on this board frequently.

A manager can not go back to the pharmacy and over rude the pharmacist if he denies selling a drug to a customer.

The other 2 workers were probably pharmacy techs which also means they could not over rude the pharmacist decision.

The pharmacist ultimately has the authority to not dispense or sell a certain drug and no one but another pharmacist can over ride that decision....

Whatever. Good for him. He stood firm in his convictions.

The store has hired him to dispense all of the products their marketing team has chosen to carry. He has accepted the money to do a job. He did not do the job he was hired to do.

Most of us know what happens now.

Evidently you don't. A pharmacist can refuse to fill a prescription if they choose. They're not going to fire a PharmD over this. This board I swear.

I'm sure after he is shitcanned and awaits a pharmacy review board inquiry, a nice little Go Fund Me will more than pay his bills and send him to a nice sunny beach.

From the article itself. Try again.

Lets try this again...

Mr. Believer should have known God's Will had already been accomplished. There is no morality struggle in passing a corpse. God spoke. Pharmacist is a shitbird.

Pharmacist doesn't have her medical records in front of him. All he has is what she's saying. So no, you're still clueless.

I'm not debating the ethics or merits of it. He has the right to deny it. That's the end of the story.

Pharmacists can refuse to fill any prescription for any reason, something Scruffy supports.

Now, Walgreen’s can, and likely will, fire him, but her position of forcing pharmacists to fill any prescription written by a doctor is asinine.

So as an MD, you support Rx morality over Medical ethics.

This guy.

Handing the pharmacy a prescription is not a commandment.
