If they’re off the clock what do you want them to do

This clearly went WAY over your head. I would want WalMart to be sued if somebody slipped and was injured because their employee was too fat and lazy to get off her arse and do something about it. My God...Some of you astound me.

So you are hoping for an accident so shareholders are punished because Walmart doesn't hire cashiers from a pool a of conscientious Ivy League grads? Why would you hope for that?

Ok...."spew" may not be the right word. But there was a huge puddle of blue fricking Gatorade. Right in the place that people have to walk to check out. I thought it was dangerous, so I alerted a worker who didnt give a shite because she had just punched out. If you think that is ok, well....so be it. I doubt her employer would...(nor would I if I were her employer)....but hey....this is how I make my money too...so it's all good.

Well you’re not and never will be. You’ll always be a dumbass wrench turner with no real responsibility.

You’re saying here that the jobs there are miserable. It shouldn’t be surprising to you that nobody is particularly interested in doing unpaid work.

This is laughable. Not even worth my time. Been practicing law for 3 decades....ironically have tagged wal-mart MULTIPLE times for slip and falls..and other issues. That's kind of what I do. But go ahead. You are a fricking moron.

Shoot...Defense lawyers charge at least $250 and hour these days....where have you been? But no, I don't charge hourly normally. (Insurance defense lawyers may charge less because the insurance companies screw them with bill audits and other stuff.) This isn't about me. You are justifying a lazy arse who wouldn't take 2 seconds to make sure a spill got cleaned up. Whatever dude..you are a fricking idiot. Go on about your night.

No I’m not, I’m calling you a pussy. As an attorney, you should be able to distinguish between those two statements

I 100% believe that. But damn..I was trying to prevent an incident...I'd at least hope my employees gave a shite enough to try to stop an accident. But understood...if paid dirt....less incentive to be a team player.

No you weren’t. You were either trying to:

1: be an a-hole
2. Witness an accident so you could ambulance chase Walmart
