As they should. I'm an LSU fan, but Nebraska 95 was better. They were a machine. They had NINE different players who averaged 6 yards a carry or more (minimum 20 carries). That team was insane. And anyone who says they were "one-dimensional" is wrong --- they threw the ball 226 times. Not to mention that the team they annihilated in the NC (Florida) was quite similar to this year's LSU team. High-powered offensive attack w/ a Heisman-winning QB (Danny Weurrfel).
Also, what happens if Burrow goes down? With Nebraska, they had Brook Berringer as backup, and he proved that he could perform at a very high level, as he had led them to the national championship game the year prior. No offense to Myles Brennan, but that Nebraska defense would eat an inexperienced QB like him alive.
