I was sick for about 10 days and eventually went to the ER. Diagnosed with pneumonia, caused by "mycoplasma pneumoniae". I believe this form of pneumonia is contagious, so it could be going around.

Any way, I had fever, aches and pains, etc., but the headaches were absolutely excruciating.

Been dealing with it for about 6 weeks now. It finally seems to be getting better.
The foot, leg and hand cramps have been murder.
I've been taking all kinds of vitamins and extra magnesium and potassium along with aspirin and lots of water. Avoiding any real hot work.
I can't really say that I've had migraines, just really tight muscles in my neck and the back of my head. Pretty painful at times.
Sleeping has been hard because of the foot and hand cramps.

I had West Nile virus 17 years ago it had those symptoms
