My house has about 25 doors and 37 cabinet
A lot of cabinets have between two and four wheels on the slide outs. Dishwasher has wheels in the slide outs. Usually 4 top and 4 bottom(mine has 6 on top). And think of all the internal wheels in your appliances(1 door on washer. 2 on dryer(assuming you have a lent door)

This is all just an exercise in how far we can stretch the definitions to keep the race close. We have people earnestly arguing that ball bearings are wheels, and jokingly arguing that feet are wheels.
I say we try to set some hard line rules and make a few categories. For example:
1. Wheels which move people vs. doors for people to pass through. Here we can count the wheels on your car, chair, and bicycle, but not shopping carts. And we can count doors on your car and house, but not cabinets.
2. Wheels that people use to move things besides people vs. doors that people use to put other things through or in. Here we count the wheels on shopping carts, but not gears. And we count cabinets and freezers, but not access panels that things like that.

A ball bearing is not a wheel
At best, it is a component of a wheel

Wheels should include gears.

Gears are definitely a type of wheel

Wheels - just think of all the toy cars in the world. My kid alone has at least 100 different types of toy cars each with 4 wheels and no working doors.
