This happened in August, and I never heard about it before including Twitter and so on.

Maybe I'm willfully ignorant but I refuse to believe that most people harbor this kind of hatred for others. It's certainly a decent sized subculture but I don't think it's close to a majority. The problem is that we lack the resolve to administer the proper punishment for people that act like this which makes the problem worse.

You don't need more police. 3 occasions where a single white male was beaten by 7-12 culcha is nothing more than 3 incidents where a person was where they don't belong.
