I have a street legal golf cart but we cant drive it on roads where the speed limit is over 20 MPH

I've heard that the police have orders not to chase these idiots in Detroit due to public safety reasons so they just run wild, looks like NOLA got the e-mail.

Don't worry, just about every weekend in some Hospital between Baton Rouge and New Orleans they have one in there that made a bad calculation and wont be riding anything every again. ATV vs Car/Trucks lose every time. And if one does pull right out in front of me ,well im not touching my brakes. Their illegal on highways. My friends and I would say that's worth 10 points.lol
