First time we saw this we followed the truck until it wasn't there. But this tiny speck was a man who was climbing. It did look as if he made it even if he lost his livlihood. I'm glad to see someone else thought he made it.

Waited to hear more details on the actual event, and avoided most of the vids, but even the few I've seen are truly cataclysmic. Several contributing factors made this a rare tragedy.
There's been some AI vids trying to show the scope of the event, but these raw vids are jaw dropping. The quake and tsunami that hit Japan comes to mind regarding the power on display here. Zero chance for most of those.. can't imagine surviving that flow of water, mud, rocks and building sized debris.
