If it did, it likely worked in the black man's favor. A little stat fun: While it's true that black people ARE more likely to be shot by police (because they are more likely to interact with police...because they are more likely to break the law) once a person has begun an interaction with police, a white man is more likely to be shot than a black man. So Whites are overall less likely to be shot by police because they interact less with police, because they are less likely to break the law in the first place, but more likely to be shot when they do interact.

This may seem counter-intuitive at first glance, but it makes sense, since it's not news, nothing burns, the cop's family isn't threatened and the eyes of the nation aren't upon that police man if he shoots a white person.

Most cops are good cops doing a sometimes thankless job. People like to inflame every scenario to push the democrats agenda against middle aged and middle class white males.
