Congrats on trading shitholes. I just feel like people from Louisiana feel like they have to stay there for whatever reason. But everyone that leaves wishes they had done so long ago.

Agreed. One of the big problems for BR is from Sherwood Forest to downtown anything going north of Florida blvd is dangerous....

Government street isn’t a shite hole, it’s the tPOS element that makes their way down from the North, via Acadian and Community College Dr that is disconcerting. Those people are driving around mid-day without jobs looking to score an opportunity against anyone not paying attention to their surroundings.
