In the tolerant Left's view, anyone who supports the right or Donald Trump is an ignorant, anti-science racist who deserves to be laughed at in death.

Water is wet. They’ve been like this for a while. But Republicans and the vast majority of people keep reaching across the aisle believing that this is an anomaly or the ultra-left. It’s not. This is the attitude of the mainstream liberals and the mainstream democrat party.
They are the enemy of anyone who doesn’t share their beliefs. And you best believe they view your as the enemy. We’re in a war here, people. Accept it.

For a group of people who are overly sensitive about some things, they sure can be a vile bunch.

Yeah, the Poliboard was particularly disgusting about RBG’s death. Still one of the most surreal moments of Trump’s Presidency is him finding out about RBG’s death in real time. Seemed like it was straight out of a movie:

Thanking god and celebrating their belief that she was presently being tortured in hell for all eternity, if my memory serves me.

Yep. Some of them were.

Some of them were also relieved that it was the end of potential abuse of someone to keep them alive despite being in pain.

That was an understandable reaction. Highly respect Trump for that. No one is even allowed to approach Biden with an off the cuff question like that. Trump took it, processed it, and registered surprise and sadness. Then gave a small statement. Then got on the plane and went back to work.

The PoliTalk board could learn from him.

It's kind of wild to me. Sometimes Vice will put out really good stuff and have these wild first hand accounts from field reporters. That Dark Side of the Ring series is also excellent.

But they also put out ungodly amounts of shite as referenced in the OP and this fits them perfectly:

Vice used to be awesome where they would go interviewing cannibal warlords, go to North Korea, focus on war zones, and track down the world’s most dangerous drug, but they went Woke and went broke. If they had listened to Tim Pool (a former employee) they’d still be huge, but now they’re a shell of their former selves.

Herman Cain was a stage 4 colon cancer patient. I doubt a vaccine or a mask would have saved him from COVID.

Yeah, one of the first videos that I can truly recall seeing of theirs was having an interview with an ISIS leader (just as ISIS was growing and becoming a huge story) and interviewing some leader that said they'd plant the ISIS flag on the White House.

Vice's story quickly became national news.

I went down a Vice rabbit hole and it was full of great stuff like that.

Reddit is eye opening. AntiWork. LateStageCapitalism. HermanCainAward.

Hell, even their "mainstream" subs like Technology are overrun by marxist, lazy, non-working people who spend all their time talking about how bad companies are, how good government control (healthcare/covid in paticular) would be, and celebrating how other dissenting views are being censored by reddit and the other platforms.

Makes me feel like an entire generation is lost. Hopefully this is a narrow subsection of people.

Oh look, the typical answer from a liberal when someone points out their flaws.
“Everybody does it” or in this case “yeah, well they do it too”

He’ll follow up later by dismissing the behavior as irrelevant.

Liberals are the most hateful, mean spirited group of people you'll ever meet.

Just scrolled through the subreddit.

I can only imagine a bunch of college drop outs with half completed art degrees and colored hair making coffee at a local Starbucks in Seattle. I don’t know anyone this stupid in real life. Are the majority of posters there bots? Honest question.

For most things I agree. The left lunatics are far more mainstream than the right

For this particular issue it seems even. The PT board and all forms of social media it’s very easy to find celebrations any time someone gets a blood clot or has a heart attack now who was vaccinated

Youre comparing something that doesnt happen often at all on a politics board to an entire forum with over half a million members specifically there to celebrate people dying from covid.

Yea totally the same

They assign "Herman Cain Awards" to people who die of Covid. Nevermind that Cain died before there was a Covid vaccine was available to him.

Twitter is a cesspool. Reddit? The filthy, disgusting, sick, perverted film that floats on top of the cesspool. It’s filled with some truly horrible people.

What if I only find the funny deaths to be ones where the deceased had been a very vocal critic of the vaccine?

Ya know, play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

There are far more vaccine heroes who have had complications due to the vaccines than what you are talking about
