It's a military C-130.
They fly "Nap of the earth" sometimes. It's a common aircraft used to drop paratroopers. When you go to do a parachute jump they will fly Nap of the earth before the jump. Pretty sure it's to keep out of sight or radar.

It's a C-130J, probably out of Keesler. I can't tell if it has external tanks (in between the motors, that would probably make it a WC-130J) It's configured with flaps and gear, probably landing, touch and go, or low approach.

except in that movie it wasn't a modified C-130, but a C-47 / DC-3
