Apparently this has the OT pretty divided.
I have honestly never even considered option 2. Option 1 makes the most sense in my head.

Yeah I thought this was well established. Numbers are assigned left to right. So in that picture 1 is the far left, 2 is the middle gal, then 3 is on the right. Once the numbers have been assigned you place the numbers/girls in order you would like to have relations with them

Option 2 is how you would do it if you knew the names of all the girls. You might rank them
1st place: Sandy (girl 3)
2nd place: Candy (girl 1)
3rd place: Mandy (girl 2)
So saying 312 is much more intuitive.

This like the blue vs. gold dress thing. It took me multiple times reading method 1 to understand what you were saying. Obviously I’m method 2, but this explains so much….
