She didn't touch a jail cell. Would have had to be taken to New Iberia. Once the dust settled, I bet she was given a subpoena and sent home. Probably not even a bond involved, and the charges were probably dropped today.

Yes. A good portion of the VPSB's income comes from O&G royalty. Until the past few years the board was making $5-$7 million a year in royalty income. Recently they're only making $1-$2 million annually. They've also gotten greedy and their leases are ridiculous, especially with prices as low as they have been. No one wants to lease from them considering their strict lease terms.

No doubt that he saw that video, and I'm sure he was contacted by the Kaplan folks. He won't be impressed in the least bit

Statement from the Abbeville Police department.

“In response to the numerous requests for the teacher’s booking information, the Abbeville Police Department is cooperating as directed by law. The Abbeville Police Department did not arrest the teacher. Due to the location of her arrest and the arresting agency’s jurisdiction, which includes the city limits of Abbeville, she was booked in and bonded from the local police department.”

Nobody wants to touch this toxic shite.

The superintendent said they weren't pressing charges.
