My family is from Kaplan and a lot of them are teachers. I’ve been hearing about this shite for awhile.

Nah, seriously...I probably know a few of them if they are/were teachers. I know a few good people from Kaplan/F.I. Some of them though, or just down right weird.
True story...I used to go play basketball at FIEB once a week. Went one time and this dude was playing and he was dressed in just overalls (no shirt underneath). He was built like the Pillsbury dough boy, but stronger than the walls of the gym. Dude got the ball on the block and was holding it with both hands and his back towards the goal. I went and slapped to shite out of the ball to knock it away, and the ball didnt move and inch. Damn near broke my wrist.
This has nothing to do with the thread, but still a cool story bro story. You don't frick with those kind of people. It would probably be better that they shoot you, because if they got their hands on you its game over.

I am very pro cop, but every time they are bullying someone the go to "stop resisting". Makes all cops look bad.
Don't get me wrong, I support police and realize there are a lot of good police who put their life on the line to keep us protected, but that doesn't mean people should allow police to do whatever they want. With that said, in small communities, the police's procedures are to do whatever local elected officials want them to do because the difference between them doing/not doing what they are suppose to and doing what elected officials "ask" them to do can be the difference in whether or not they have a job.
As for as people not wanting to rock the boat, if a decent size group of teachers stand up for each other or for "the right thing", it would be harder for the school board to take their jobs away, etc.
Elected officials work for the people and I just don't like the idea that someone got arrested for asking questions about a raise, the superintendent received, which is paid for by the tax payers. She wasn't doing anything to disrupt anything, she was simply sharing her concerns and asking questions.

I'm not saying she should have been removed from the meeting. Just don't think the Marshall was the main one at fault here, but he will take the brunt of the fall most likely. Some deservingly, but most should fall on the corrupt arse board.

Because the guy filming was still inside the room. The takedown happened as soon as they entered the hall. Cop probably did it intentionally cause he knew he was out of view.

From the video I see she had the right to speak, was in a discussion and then abruptly was removed. No idea what happened in the Hall then he goes into the don’t resist routine .
I only watched once last night but The very least it was a bit extreme and just by seeing the board (or someone on the board) acting as much of a douchebag as he was and the apparent disregard for public opinion I hope he gets beat over the head like an anvil with public shame. frick dickheads like that. He’s a fricking school board member/superintendent or whatever-not President Carrot Top.

Marshalls dont have body cams. I've said before, that dude is not a street cop. A 0% of street cops would have had their body cams (not even sure all city cops have them anyway. Used to be just mostly audio recorders, but that may have changed) on during a school board meeting.
